Forget Natalie Portman’s Oscar winning performance in the Academy-Award® winning Black Swan. Instead, be sure to watch Hollywood gossip queen, Perez Hilton become the real “Swan Queen” -tiara and all-by stepping into the slippers of the Black Swan. Perez undergoes a complete head-to-to makeover with the help of makeup artist, Leah Riah. And just like Nina, Portman’s character in the film, Perez completed his queen metamorphisis by training hours on end to become both, the sensual and dark, Black Swan and the pure and innocent White Swan.

Perez, who danced several hours a day, cross-training and undergoing heavily body exhaustion, experienced intense mental and physical pain. Losing a toe-nail, dislocating a rib-cage, and acquiring calloused toes, are just a few of the minor injuries Perez encountered on his journey to become queen. But just like everything that is worth fighting for, or in this case losing 20 pounds for, Perez emerged like a Swan queen rising from the ashes. Hilton, also known as Mario  Lavandeira, is known to dress up in drag every once in a blue moon-but only became the Queen of all Swans at the end of the transformation by giving an award-winning performance and more importantly, selling his soul. Take that Natalie Portman.
