By Kimberly

Sex and The City 2 provides no better excuse to break out the cocktail shakers, slip on your hottest pair of pumps and round up your girlfriends to experience a little “Cocktail Couture”: the convergence of the iconic Sex and the City style and fabulous SKYY cocktails.

Coinciding with the film’s release, SKYY is teaming up with renowned Sex and the City costume designer Patricia Field to bring Cocktail Couture to life, with a new, limited edition Sex and the City 2 SKYY bottle designed by Field. Capturing all the glamour of the film and marking the first themed change to the iconic blue bottle in its history, the new fabulous SKYY bottle is in stores worldwide.

The movie arrives in theaters in a couple of weeks, so we want to know what you have planned. Are you going with the gals, solo, or with your boyfriend? We would love to share your Sex and the City stories with our readers. If you are interested in sharing your own real life Sex and the City escapades, please email me a photo of you and your girlfriends and how you intend on celebrating the sequel’s release. Nicole Romano Assemblage 2010

By Leah

nr-meshloopsIf you’re fashion knowledgeable you must be familiar with Nicole Romano’s signature pieces and the launch of her Spring 2010 jewelry collection, Assemblage. The name, Assemblage, is derived from an indigenous tribe, and this is prevalently seen in the clan-themed collection. Wood textured silver diamonds and marbleized cellulose are some of the materials used in the body adornments that cover everything from earrings to necklaces.

Romano’s ready to wear items such as spunky leopard print jumpsuits, tasteful neon tops, classic spring-appropriate black dresses and rainbow twisted skirts compliment the Assemblage jewelry, very fitting for a Bohemian ensemble. Certainly if the easy-breezy way of dressing suits your fancy, then Romano is one to watch.nr-J806[1]

Birthed under the wings of Nicole Miller—Romano did a stint as a design intern—she became well-known thanks to the legendary Sex and the City stylist Patricia Field. As a result her pieces appeared on the ever-so-fashion forward ladies. Other famous folks sporting her items include: Rihanna, Tilda Swinton and Kim Kardashian.

Romano’s latest collection is soon available worldwide at stores of, Henri Bendel and Harvey Nichols. For pricing visit NicoleRomano.com.
