Kate Hudson Goes French in IRO

87053 Kate Hudson out for lunch in Santa Monica 008 122 83lo 616x1024 Kate Hudson Goes French in IROThe lovely Kate Hudson was seen basking in sunny Santa Monica recently looking a tad too relaxed; almost caught off guard, by the looks of it. She may not look paparazzi ready (that posture, that mane…), but we cannot help admire her attire. Her urban-boho style is closely watched by all and even aped by some and here is the reason why. Although she may not have put any thought into this, she did manage to nail that extreme casual image that many fashionistas try so hard to master.

Her easy-breezy summer dress is so perfect in itself; it doesn’t need to be weighed down with trinkets and baubles. The beautiful dove gray hue is slightly atypical for spring and that, along with the feather print and asymmetrical hem, is what makes it such a must have. This dress is a part of the s/s ’10 line-up from the French label IRO. A favourite with chic Parisiennes like Vanessa Paradis, Lou Doillon and Charlotte Gainsbourg, IRO is slowly creeping into the wardrobe of the Hollywood trend-setters. Recently spotted on the backs of Anne Hathaway, Rihanna and Jessica Alba, it is slowly becoming the next big thing in clothing tapping in one celebrity at a time. IRO is available at Barneys, Saks Fifth Avenue, Scoop, Curve, Blue and Cream, and on shopbop.com. Visit IRO for more information.
