Kerry Washington, just stop. Everything this starlet wears is to die for, and she needs to hand it over ASAP. The Berlin premiere of her new movie, “Django Unchained,” proved to be no different. Washington looked cuter than ever, wearing a calf-length ivory checked Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 shift dress, white Christian Louboutin pumps, a VC Signature ring clasp snake clutch, and a white Louis Vuitton bow in her hair. Come on, bows haven’t looked this cute since Gossip Girl ended, and they’ve definitely never looked this chic. Uh-mazing.

When I first saw this dress on the runway, I was less than blown away. Under the lights of the Louvre, the color could be described at best as a faded yellow, the hemline as too long, and the overall shape as, well, shapeless. It seemed like one of those pieces that, despite its simplicity, couldn’t really translate from runway to real life, especially given the quintessentially 60s vibe it was giving off. Seeing it on Washington, however, has completely changed my mind. I wouldn’t even believe it was the same dress if I didn’t know it was. But leave it up to Washington, a rising star in the realm of style, to prove me wrong.

Since promotion for “Django Unchained” began, Washington slew of amazing outfits has been blowing us away. From her cutout Peter Pilotto number in Rome to the Rochas gown she wore in Paris, she’s been killing it.  Everything seems to look perfect on her petite frame, which explains why she can make the aforementioned shapeless Louis Vuitton piece look so good. One things for sure, she’s definitely my new girl crush, and I want to be her best friend. Maybe then we can trade clothes? And by trade, I mean I’m just going to take all of hers.
