L’Oreal Paris recently received a star on the Friends of Hollywood Walk of Fame. The brand is celebrating by teaming up with Carelle to create something special that honors Hollywood’s “Leading Ladies” of 2010. Together, L’Oreal and Carelle are launching three different compacts with diamond encrusted shooting stars, signifying the Golden Globes, SAG Awards and Academy Awards, respectively.

For the Golden Globes, the 10 Best Actress Nominees walked away with a compact set with Orange Citrine stones with 18k yellow-gold plated silver. The color encourages good communication and emotional balance, both extremely important on a night full of excitement, anticipation and cameras.

The SAG Awards 5 Nominees for “Actress in a Leading Role” walked away with a Blue Topaz and 18k white-gold plated silver compact. The colors of this compact evoke celebration, inspiration and natural creativity. The hues seek to foster happiness amongst all of the nominees for their phenomenal performances and beautiful achievements.

One lucky Academy “Best Actress” winner will also win a compact with Amethyst Rose de France stones in 18k rose gold plated silver. These stones seek to calm and relieve stress, which the lucky lady will undoubtedly need when holding that statue in her hand throughout the rest of her fun-filled night. 

All three of the compacts in the collection include the pave diamond shooting stars, which add instant dazzling sparkle to the already gorgeous pieces. Not only are the colors beautiful and fitting for each of the star-studded affairs, the meaning behind each design and hue is truly leading-lady worthy.
