A shoe fetish in our world means money well spent and people well–trampled. It is not even Halloween and already we are digging for coins in our grandmother’s couch to make sure our spring wardrobe includes these serious sh&% kickers.

Anna Sui never disappoints our fashion expectations. The designer’s Spring 2013 collection delivers a daring range of monster-high boots, flirty and carefree heels adorned with sweetheart details and, who could miss, the wedge sandals bejeweled with studs and buckles (did we mention the leopard print?). Sui’s pointy, lacquered kitten heels (with strap at the toe) will certainly be the garnish atop of your ensemble, or lack there of you effing slut.

Prada’s Spring 2013 collection embraces the Orient with satins and kimonos, but it’s the design powerhouse’s hot pink geisha boots with sky-high heel that really made our jaws drop. Paired with a tight satin pencil skirt in traditional kimono motif, the Red Sea of people on Madison Avenue will part as you arrive on the scene $$$

Rag & Bone unveiled a shoe-boot combo that was simply mah-ve-lous! The chunky-heel bootie is more like a shoe with lacing over the heel and we are dying for it to arrive in stores.

Brace yourselves for the outer-space-inspired sandal from Rodarte. This futuristic sandal has a manageably-high heel and holographic details that, believe it or not, will take a mundane spring wardrobe and inspire it to be a couture hit, especially when the weather perks up after a sleepy winter or another one night stand.

We want to get married in these two! Or, at least, go on a fantastic holiday to the South of France. We are madly in love with the Jason Wu lace pumps with diamond-inspired embellished heels and Emilio Pucci’s off-white sandals with the wedge carved out in patterns taken from Oriental ivory craftsmanship.
