3LAB’s Super Woman Serum
By Leah
By Leah Jayasanker
It’s alive and ready at a high-end shopping destination near you. What it is: the all-powerful Super “h” Serum ($300) from 3LAB. Why this is la crème de la crème in serumland. Basically 3LAB engineered a multidimensional approach to anti-aging according to 3LAB Co-Founder, Erica Chung. “The Super “h” Serum uses the newest, most efficacious cutting edge ingredients to fight all of the signs of aging – wrinkles, fine lines, texture, tone, UV damage, etc. With this new formula, we incorporated our proprietary bio-engineered growth hormone for superior anti-aging, plant stem cell technology to help create healthy cells and a super-powered anti-oxidant to help stop and reverse the signs of UV damage.”
What’s inside to give Super “h” Serum such accolades? Ingredients like, the antioxidant of Indian gooseberry to delay the signs of aging (like the loss of elasticity and unsightly age spots), and 3LAB’s patented Nano-Claire GY, a synthetic growth hormone that bioactively compensates for natural growth hormone loss.
Chung’s reasoning on why Super “h” is so super. “We wanted to incorporate the latest technology that really gets results so our customers will be confident in the product and the brand. After using it for a short time, you can see firmer skin with less wrinkles and more even tone. The results have really been phenomenal.”
3LAB dates back to 2003 when David and Erica Chung, the skincare genius’s behind the brand initiated the line. Today all of 3LAB Skincare are developed and manufactured in the Chung’s private Research & Development lab in Englewood, New Jersey.
POSHGLAM thanks 3LAB for this all-in-one firming, brightening and hydrating take on futuristic technology in a bottle.

New "IT" item: Driving Gloves
By Kimberly
Carolina Amato makes these gorgeous tulip pink driving gloves. They are a new trend this season and are a must have for the fall. They can be picked up at intermix, if you preorder them that is. Don’t be surprised if you start spotting them on your favorite celebs. With the stock going into preorder mode I think they are going to be impossible to get your hands on. But it’s worth a try. They are irresistible.

There is no better investment piece than a beautiful scarf. Scarves can enhance any ensemble and can be worn in a multitude of different ways: as a headband, over a simple t-shirt, or for evening.
Sabina Les’ experience comes from her background not only in fashion, but in licensing, branding, and graphic design as well. After years working for others in the industry, she decided to branch out and follow her dream of starting a line of luxury silk scarves.
Her current collection is named “The Silk Scarf”. It is inspired by complex graphic motifs including chains and links. There is also an edge to the collection as shown in its animal prints and studs which are right on target with trends for Fall.

Covet Shop's Fashion Week Must-Haves
By Faith

Fashion Week (or better yet Fashion Month) is less than two weeks away. The excitement is starting in cities all around the world and it is tangible in New York where the tents at Bryant Park are now standing. Fashionistas are clamoring for new pieces to fit into their wardrobes and there is no better place to enhance the already existing assortment than Covet Shop.
Covet Shop is new, having just started in May 2009. Founders Nancy Chuang and Gregg Friedman have combined their backgrounds in fashion, business, and web design to create a high-end online consignment boutique. Designers such as Stella McCartney, Brian Atwood, Martin Margiela, Balenciaga and more are available to customers. Each piece is hand-selected and truly unique.
Like any fashionista, Nancy knows the chaos that surrounds Fashion Week from scheduling to outfit planning. She has given us her Fashion Week must-haves from Covet Shop. The dress to the right is a beautiful emerald piece by Stella McCartney. Nancy’s take: ” Just because it’s Fall doesn’t mean we can’t wear color. This lollipop green is as delicious as it looks. Fashion Week is about popping against the grain while doing it with style and ease.” More of Nancy’s picks below.

Stella McCartney Appaloosa Tote: ” I love the texture of this bag. The separate compartments and pockets help you stay organized so you don’t have to dig to find what you’re looking for…a necessity for any fast-paced fashionista.”

Alice + Olivia Stripe Boyfriend Blazer: ” The stripes on this blazer perfectly complement its rich color. Because it’s a variation of neutral tones, it’s an extremely versatile piece that can be worn with almost anything.”

Habitual Drifter Jeans: “Everybody needs a great pair of black skinny jeans. They are a great alternative to leggings, always add confidence and can be interpreted to match anyone’s signature look.”
Maison Martin Margiela Slash Ankle Boot: “A slightly updated take on a classic, these edgy black boots are the perfect staple shoe in a chic fall wardrobe. They will break in nicely, look better with age and add just a touch of high fashion flare to any Fashion Week ensemble.”
